Delivery times.

Domestic deliveries: 1-7 days (The mean time is usually 2-4 days)

European deliveries (including Eastern Europe): 2-14 days (The mean time is usually 2-6 days)

International deliveries: 7-21 days (The mean time is usually 7-14 days)

Tracking.

In the United States, all orders are sent with tracking because the minimum we ship with is the USPS priority service. We do not need to send tracking numbers for US orders as you can sign up for informed delivery which automatically tracks parcels for you. In Europe, only bulk orders are sent with tracking because of the increased risk of tracked shipping (apart from some exceptions where can can arrange tracked shipping for any size).

Whatever you do, do not track an order using any kind of VPN, proxy or tor browser as that will flag the package and highly increase the chance of a seizure.

Reships in the event of seizures.

Since we ship from more than one region, we have different reship policies depending on the region the goods were sent from.

If an order has not arrived after:

-14 days for domestic
-21 days for European
-24 days for international

Non-tracked orders:

These are dealt with on a case-by-case basis but you will most likely get a 50% reship.

We do not offer refunds in this case, only reships and you must provide a new address for the reship otherwise your order will get seized again.

There is no Heroin whatsoever in this rock and it tested positive to Fentanyl !! Hopefully I wanted fentanyl. Extremely misleading advertising (for this batch).

This review is COMPLETE BULLSHIT and I can COMPLETELY JUSTIFY my point. Our products never contain any fentanyl at all whatsoever and this customer has not shown me any tests which prove this contains fentanyl. This customer is also claiming that our cocaine contains levamisole/teramisole at a percentage of 5% and he claims that he found out about this by testing the drugs with a "RADIESTHESIC TEST." I will quickly explain what radiesthesia is. According to google, a radiesthesic test is when someone who believes that they are able to SENSE energy or radiation from places or objects puts an object on a penumdulum. The person then TALKS to the penumdulum with the object, asks questions and depending on the direction the penumdulum spins in, the answer to the question is YES or NO. I will attach proofs of this below. This literally shows that this is a ridiculous crackhead playing games with me to get more drugs from me. Radiesthesia is not a valid medical practice and it is obviously not real science. Read the previous reviews from honest customers about our heroin. Why are people trying to repel my customers??

I am sorry to hear that. Maybe you are simply not a fan of this product and your opinion is different from other people which is totally understandable. I am sorry about this. The reason why I say this is because I have checked everything on my end and all of our heroin batches have been the same and every other customer has left good feedback so I cannot figure out what went wrong with this. Fast shipping, arrived fast.. Good communication. Came through which is most important, since it was my biggest worry. Mylar pack is a good thing, probably helped a lot. Not stealthy, simple letter with hot-molded, minor vacuumed mylar. I got no beforehand experience about H, only raw opium, so.. cant say about quality. Looks same as pic and smells good, similar to opium. I just smoked a small crump and I feel nice warm feeling in my body. I can recommend to try it. I would do business again with Vector. :)

Thanks for the feedback. For small order, it is best for us to keep the packaging as simple as possible because lighter packages are not checked heavily at customs. Using a vacuumed mylar bag in an envelope is perfect for this. This way, people will not suspect that there are drugs inside. Enjoy!

Amazing product, runs great on foil (not an IV user), if you are used to low quality H, definetly try smaller dosages as it is really pure strong stuff. Vendor was great to communicate with, fast responses, answered all my queries as I was worried about the order being stuck, but it arrived in 6 working days. Germany to EU. Again great product and be careful if you do not have a tolerance or you I.V as the product is pure, great vendor will buy again, highly recommended!

So the seller is great, gear got here quickly. Stealth wasn't crazy but I guess it didn't have to be being low grammar.
As for the gear I can't really tell as of now but I'm coming off street fent with it so I may not be able to feel it because of that... I've never had #3 before so it could be something I'm doing wrong as for I do not I.v. since #4 was still on east coast usa. I may try i.v. tomorrow. If there's a way to post again I will. I'm pretty sure that the fent is just blocking the #3 from working as well.
Vectorlabs has been awesome to deal with. Answers any questions pretty quickly. I will definitely be trying some of his other gear in the future.
