Package arrived later than expected, looking like it'd been run over by a mail truck or something; top part crushed and sporting an actual black tread-mark, and a "We Care" note from the USPS apologizing for any damage to the contents, signed by the responsible post office's Postmaster, with a local phone number, (his?), if I need further assistance. Actually quite unexpectedly considerate I think; but then again, the USPS and the Military are the exceptions within the Federal government, because they have an actual purpose and they do it really well.
Anyway, top of internal packaging was twisted, but unopened or torn. Contents were scrunched in the bottom of internal packages, but still sealed and apparently undamaged; unless the portion consisting of loose crystals are from a crushed shard😬
Never going to another vendor on here for this product. Always top quality and prompt service. If something goes wrong, seller will always make it right without question. You dont see that from people anymore.
And again, thugga comes through! fast shipping, response to order was within 5 minutes. Product is much clearer than in picture. packaging was great and 25% more wieght than i paid for. Always happy doing business with Thugga.
